TACOS DORADOS DE PAPA      € 9.00 Tres tortillas de maíz rellenas de patata y fritas en aceite a modo que quedan crujientes. Servidos sobre una salsa de aguacate y tomatillo verde, se coronan con crema y queso. Se puede servir sin queso y crema.

ENCHILADAS VEGETALES        €12.00 Tres tortillas de maíz rellenas de verdura y cubiertas con nuestras salsas: 3 chiles, mole poblano o mole verde. 

Three corn tortillas filled with vegetables, covered with 3 chili sauce, mole poblano sauce or green mole sauce.

 

CHILAQUILES                                € 13.00 Totopos de maíz fritos y cocinados en salsa roja o verde, flor de calabaza y dos huevos fritos, crema y queso. Se puede servir sin queso y crema.

Fried corn totopos cooked in red/green sauce with pumpkin blossoms, sour cream and cheese with two fried eggs on the top. Can be prepared without cheese and cream.

 

FAJITAS VEGETALES                      € 14.50 Verdura cortada en tiras (pimiento, cebolla, champiñón, espárrago, zanahoria, flor de calabaza, calabacín y maíz). Se sirven con salsas picantes y 4 tortillas de trigo.

Vegetables cut into strips (pepper, onion, mushroom, asparagus, carrot, courgette, sweet corn).  Served with mexican sauces and 4 wheat tortillas.
